Computec Will Turn into a Public Limited Company (German Aktiengesellschaft)

Hans Wohlfarth in the board of management - company founder Rolf Barreuther becomes chairman of the supervisory board.
The Fornsbach company COMPUTEC, established in the control systems and automation engineering areas, want to newly organise themselves for the future with a changed organisation and a change in legal form to that of a PLC (German AG).
